There’s two different types of traveling that I do, one is personal travel and one is traveling for work/research.
If I am traveling for work, depending on the destination and wifi situation, I am still available if you need me on your trip. I may have a packed itinerary and am only able to get to the non urgent issue later in the day or if it is an emergency I may have to excuse myself from the itinerary and handle whatever issue arose. If I am unavailable, I have a team member from , LLC to be on call to help. You are also given the emergency and 24/7 contact information for the suppliers that I used for your trip.
If I am traveling for my own personal travel, I have a team member from , LLC be on call to help. The same situation applies to the team member: if it is non urgent they will get to the issue as soon as possible which may be the next business day however if it is urgent they will address the issue with urgency. Again, you also have access to the emergency and 24/7 contact information for the suppliers.
By using me as your Travel Agent you are not alone. It’s not if things will happen on your trip, it’s when and when things happen the easiest thing for you to do is to tell me. I handle the situation while you continue to enjoy your vacation. By booking a vacation through an online site, you don’t have the support or boots on the ground to help you. You are on your own.
