THE PLANE
The plane is a double propeller plane and only held 16 people. I had to be very careful with how much my luggage weighed. There are not many flights from Aruba to Curacao however if you are vacationing in either place, I highly recommend doing a split stay. Here’s a great luggage scale that I used: luggage scale
THE JOURNEY
After we checked in at the gate we boarded a bus that took us to the plane that was waiting on the tarmac. We climbed a couple stairs and loaded all 16 of us in the plane… but first… a selfie!
It was a very smooth ride and I enjoyed it! The entire flight time was about 30 minutes. A great option for island hopping! I highly suggest a split stay between Aruba and Curacao when visiting either island. Stay tuned for the adventures we had on each island!
THE VIEW
Because we were a small plane, we flew lower so we got to stay below the clouds the entire time. The views of Aruba and Curacao were stunning! Just look at that turquoise water!

THE PILOTS
I flew with another Travel Agent in the plane and it was both of our first times in a double propeller plane. One of the pilots was very kind and explained everything to us since we were a little nervous. It was so different to see them up close and flying. You can see them adjusting things and balancing the plane. It was a cool experience.
