OPTION 1: THE WORLD

The world is my oyster…based off of clients’ preferences and what they filled out in the Traveler Form, I create an itinerary that could have a destination from anywhere in the world. This is my favorite Surprise Trip option because I can introduce new and exciting places to my clients that they might not have thought of before!
OPTION 2: REGIONS

This option is created for the traveler who has a region in mind but still wants a Surprise Trip. Some destinations that may be considered a region are: Europe, Africa, South America, Caribbean and North America. Think of it more as continents.
OPTION 3: COUNTRY

Some people have a country that they want to go but can’t decide on what to do. This is the option for them! An example would be if a client wants to go to France, I would create the itinerary solely in France.
OPTION 4: City State

This option is the smallest radius of the Surprise Trip options. This is still for people who are flexible and go with the flow however know what area they want to go to so the details end up being the surprise. An example would be Paris, France or Michigan, USA.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO BOOK A SURPRISE TRIP?
STEP 1: Pre Planning Fee
I charge a non refundable $300 fee for the Surprise Trip services. Once the planning fee is paid in full, on to step 2!

STEP 2: Fill Out the Traveler Form
The Traveler Form is a crucial part of the Surprise Trip planning phase. This is where I can get a sense of what type of traveler you are, what type of travel you are interested in and some of your personal background to help guide me to a destination that I think best fits you. These questions are very detailed and very important to be honest. Here are some of the questions that will be on the form:
What countries or destinations have you been to before?
Is there anywhere you do not want to travel to?
What is on your bucket list?
Do you want to fly?
How comfortable are you with heights?
Do you have a passport?
Do you have a criminal record?

STEP 3: Sign the Waiver
The next step is to sign the waiver. The waiver goes over liability, requirements of the trip, expectations, terms and conditions and so much more! I will also collect the credit card information in this step to the agreed amount.

STEP 4: Book the Trip
This is the fun part… booking the trip! This includes but is not limited to flights, accommodations, rental car, trains, transfers, excursions, travel insurance, restaurant reservations and more!
STEP 5: Receive Documents
Once the trip is booked, I send travel tips such as what to pack, the weather forecast, and anything else you need to know without disclosing the location. I also send the itinerary however the itinerary and destination reveal are in a sealed envelope…wait to open until either the day of or the night before!
STEP 6: Show Up at the Airport / Destination
When the day of travel arrives, get in that car or board that plane and enjoy the journey!
